Refund policy

We hope you enjoy your order! However, if you’re not 100% satisfied, we accept returns/exchanges.

Customers have the right to return merchandise within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for returns. Do not return items to the manufacturer.

Item Condition

All items must be unworn and in their original condition, including the original packaging and all tags. Items that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept items with cut or removed clothing tags, or underwear or swimwear with the protective tape removed. Therefore, items that are not new or unworn will be rejected during hygiene inspections.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

1. If returning an item for personal reasons, the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility and will be determined by the courier you choose.

2. If the item you received is damaged or contains incorrect information due to our fault, you can return or exchange it free of charge, without incurring return shipping fees.

3. If you selected a shipping method that includes return insurance when placing your order, you will not be charged a return shipping fee.

To return an item, please contact our Customer Service for a return address.

Please ensure that your return package does not accidentally contain non-Niteamor items. We are not responsible for returning these items to you.

Please note that we only offer exchanges for different sizes or colors (if applicable) of the same item, and only one exchange per item is permitted.

If your returned item does not meet the return conditions stated in our Return Policy, we reserve the right not to issue a refund and to return the item.

How to Return an Item?

Step 1: Please contact our Customer Service representative at niteamor@outlook.com to request an exchange/return.

Step 2: After receiving your exchange/return request, a customer service representative will email you exchange/return instructions and the exchange/return address. Please follow these instructions to process your exchange/return.

Step 3: After receiving your package, you will receive your refund or have your exchange order processed within 3 business days. We will notify you via email once your refund or exchange has been processed. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, we will process your refund and automatically transfer the amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Refunds

Please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be processed after we receive it.

PayPal account refunds: Up to 48 hours

Credit card refunds: 7-10 business days

Some debit and credit cards cannot refund to the original payment account. In these cases, we require a PayPal account in the customer’s name to process the refund. Thank you for your understanding.

Original shipping costs (if any) are not refundable.

Delayed or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company; it may take some time for the refund to be credited. Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to process. If you have completed all necessary steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at niteamor@outlook.com.

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or in production. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel orders if the product has already shipped.

Orders can be canceled before the shipping date and within the cancellation period specified on the website.

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. We typically process orders within 1-2 days.
